Dr Robert Halsey is the director of the service & leads a team of a dozen Clinical Associates, from a range of professional backgrounds in applied psychology & psychiatry.

Dr Halsey has over 25 years’ experience of providing assessment and treatment within the National Health Service and Ministry of Justice.   He obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London in 1997), and his Post-Graduate Diploma in Neuropsychology from the Institute of Psychiatry (2000).

In 2006 he assisted in the formation of the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC).  From 2004-11 he served as a Psychologist member of the Parole Board for England and Wales.

He is fully accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Psychologist Practitioner, (membership no: PYL05599). 

He is a member of the British Psychological Society, (membership no: 92310).

He holds Chartered status to practice as a Clinical Psychologist, Forensic Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist.

He holds enhanced DBS clearance, (no. 1430728805) and professional civil liability insurance.
